I stayed in Canalta, Lac la Biche location . The place is really nice, quite and clean. The ambiance is really cool and give a premium look. The room is spacious with all kind of amenities. It smells so fresh when you enter the room. I really like this place and want to come again and again to the hotel.
Just want to note we stayed with you guys as a team for a hockey tournament. And I will say Gale was exceptional. Great customer service. Very nice dealing with us parents at night. Very easy to talk to. I would suggest some better heating for your workers as they are freezing in the lobby every night, shouldnt have to wear a winter coat and torque inside to work. But that's a management problem that NEEDS to be addressed.
Friendly staff, quiet on the floors, well appointed, breakfast is ok…..waffle station is nice. Rooms are quiet, elliptical, treadmill, bike, dumbbells to 35. Has corner style multi machine but only handles as attachment. Nice place to stay in LLB

We were in Lac la Biche for business. My husband was working on site, and I stayed at the hotel to work on paperwork. The staff was amazing, breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel was very clean! Our only complaint was the bed. As our bodies get older, it's harder to adjust to different beds, and this spring mattress was quite firm.
The hotel was great! First time coming to lac la.biche and I was shocked how nice it was. Hot tub, gym(small but usable) , and bed had clean sheets. Staff was very friendly and the had free breakfast in the morning! I would recommend this to anyone in the area or coming though for work for a visit.
I recently stayed at this property while working in the area. All I can say is that the staff, the room, the lobby and breakfast was exceptional. If you're in need of a place while in Lac La Biche, I highly recommend Canalta.
